I got an email the other day from Chelsea at Scoot Richmond in Manchester, and she is now famous for running one of the hottest businesses in town. She struggled for years selling scooters, then like magic, gas went to $4 per gallon and her scooters flew out of the showroom and can be seen all over the mean streets of Richmond.

She told me a few weeks ago that she sold more scooters in May than all of last year, and her inventory was down to just six scooters! Her delivery had not shown up because manufacturers are behind on orders all over the country.
